- If a buyer isn’t completely satisfied with the effect that was provided, as he did expect more, he should send an e-mail message to the support team and his application or claim will be quickly processed.
Before a customer decides to contact us, he has to make sure that he took medications according to the prescription (the correct dosage, time, meals or drinks that were consumed with pills). Soon after processing a team member will contact a buyer, give full explanation on our decision and provide further instructions.
- If you didn’t get the ordered pills by the dead line, contact our support team. We’ll assist in qualifying for refund. The payment may be partially reimbursed. Sometimes the new dead line is set and a client gets his pills within a few days.
Our customers receive prescribed pills within 18-21 working days after making an order.
- If the parcel or package is damaged and a customer received a partial order, he has to send his e-mail with the issue description and the photos of the package attached. We will take care of the request promptly.
